Let's Go Group

Naved & Sarah Iraqi: One story out of thousands

In the chilly November of 2023, we stumbled upon the inspiring journey of a warm-hearted couple, Naved and Sarah Iraqi. Having recently put down roots in their new home, they radiated the air of humble hope and energetic determination that comes from starting a new chapter in life.

Their vision? To breathe their own unique personality into their new dwelling, starting with the transformation of their mundane bathroom into a sanctuary of peace and style. As if echoing their harmonious marriage, they wanted their bathroom to reflect their shared tastes – a symbol of their unity and shared dreams.

However, like any thrilling story, their journey was not without obstacles. They had initially entrusted this important task to a contractor who proved to be an unfortunate choice. Promises were made, expectations were set, but in the end, the job was left incomplete, their dream bathroom still a mere figment of their imagination.

But every cloud has a silver lining. Their path crossed with ours in the aftermath of this disheartening experience, and we were given the golden opportunity to make amends and revive their vision.

Their dream became our mission. And so, we embarked on the journey of crafting a bathroom that was not merely a room, but a testament to their indomitable spirit, their style, and their unique story.

Q: What specific factors or motivations led you to decide to renovate your bathroom? What were you looking to improve?

Naved: Well, we faced quite a bit of a disaster after buying our new house. We had hired a contractor to take care of the flooring and bathroom renovations. Unfortunately, he made a right mess of it all. We started to experience leaks and even some nasty smells wafting around, a real olfactory assault if you ask me. That’s when we decided that we needed to bring in someone else to fix these issues and carry out the renovations afresh.

Q: When considering various providers for your bathroom renovation, what were the key factors that made you choose Let's Go Group over competitors?

Naved: When we first met Michael from Let’s Go Group, his level of expertise was immediately apparent. He could identify the problems with our bathroom and knew how to fix them. And not just fix them, but fix them correctly. Michael also provided invaluable advice and didn’t shy away from telling us if an idea we had might lead to problems down the line.

That sort of honest, direct approach instilled a great deal of trust in us.

Q: Where did you hear about Let's Go Group initially?

Naved: I stumbled across an ad for Let’s Go Group on Facebook during a particularly stressful period. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect, as I was actively searching for professional services to address the mess our previous contractor had left us with. The positive reviews for Let’s Go Group sealed the deal for me.

Q: Can you describe the process of working with Let's Go Group from start to finish? How well did our team communicate with you, and were your expectations met throughout the project?

Naved: The team was clear on the project plan and executed it with absolute precision. They were respectful of our space and always kept us updated on their progress. Small things, like asking us where we would like the toilet paper roll to be hung, showed us they were considering our needs at every stage. We had a continuous dialogue, which made the renovation journey a surprisingly enjoyable one.

Q: In retrospect, is there anything you wish you had known before starting the renovation project with Let's Go Group, or any advice you would give to future customers?

Naved: My only advice would be to choose Let’s Go Group right from the get-go. If we had known about them when we first bought the house, we could have saved ourselves a great deal of time, money, and emotional trauma.

Q: How satisfied are you with the final result of your bathroom renovation?

Sarah: We went through quite the ordeal with the issues in our new house. After a disappointing experience with our initial contractor, we were desperate to find a professional who could rectify the mistakes and prevent any future issues. Michael from Let’s Go Group was able to identify the problems with our bathroom that other plumbers couldn’t. Not only that, but he gave us the freedom to choose our own tiles and delivered on all his commitments. The entire team was fantastic – skilled, punctual, respectful, and great communicators. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Let’s Go Group, and I highly recommend their services.

Q: How would you rate the overall value for money in terms of the quality of work and materials provided by Let's Go Group for your bathroom renovation?

Naved: If I could, I’d rate them 20 out of 10, or even 100 out of 10. They took great care in choosing matching materials and treated our home as if it were their own. Their dedication to quality and their positive attitudes made the whole experience simply wonderful.

Q: Last question why should people choose Let’s Go Group?

Naved: Let’s Go Group sets themselves apart with their commitment to quality work. There are many companies in Ireland that can start a project from scratch, but very few can fix a poorly done job as Let’s Go Group did for us. They didn’t just solve the issues; they fixed them from the core, ensuring the problems won’t resurface in the future. Their belief in their work is so strong that they even offer a five to ten-year guarantee. A company would only offer such a guarantee if they were confident in their craftsmanship. It’s not just a job for them; it’s their project, their baby. They nurture it, help it grow, and see it through every stage. The entire journey with Let’s Go Group was truly beautiful.
